(PRWEB) September 21, 2005 -- Becoming involved in a legal battle over lease issues and lease terminations can be an attorneys, or property managers worst nightmare. Understanding the law is the best way to avoid problems, and knowing the technical procedures governing the landlord/tenant relationship is essential once youve decided to take legal action.

This timely seminar will explain lawful grounds for lease terminations, give lease drafting techniques to avoid future problems, advise you how to commence the eviction process, prepare the termination notices, prepare the summons/ complaint, identify common pitfalls to avoid and raise lawful defenses that can be utilized.

The faculty will also explain evictions after foreclosure, tenant motions designed to delay, recent developments that can stop you and what to do after eviction.
