Las Vegas (PRWEB) June 22, 2007 -- Charleston Pavilion, LLC has retained Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services as its property management company for The Pavilion, a new, 154,000-square-foot class A office building being completed at 10801 West Charleston Blvd. in the Summerlin area.

The building will serve as the Nevada corporate headquarters and a bank branch for City National Bank, which will occupy 25,000 square feet. Other major tenants will include Fertitta Enterprises, UBS, TD Ameritrade, Harris & Associates and Hill International, among other high-end tenants.

Frank Gatski, president of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, stated that he is proud to expand his company's property management portfolio in the Summerlin area. "We see this high rise, class A office building as a shining star in our company's portfolio and we are proud to have been selected by the owners through the competitive bid process," Gatski said.

Charleston Pavilion, LLC purchased the seven-acre site from The Howard Hughes Corporation in 2004.

Jason Awad and Iain Finlayson of the Pavilion welcomed Frank Gatski, president of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services and Lannie Neal, vice president of property management, to their new management role.

"We are very impressed with Gatski Commercial," Awad said. "They have a reputation for credibility, reliability and integrity. The emphasis of their business is customer service - both corporate and individual. Also, as long-time Las Vegas residents, we especially like the fact that the company is locally owned."

Finlayson added that he has known Frank Gatski personally for more than 20 years. "We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services," Finlayson said. "Frank and his staff seem focused on results, and we like that."

Awad and Finlayson said the Pavilion is scheduled to be completed by June 2007 for occupancy in September 2007.

This Class A office space is part of Summerlin Centre, a 400-acre community being developed by The Howard Hughes Corp. The area surrounding The Pavilion will include office buildings, condominiums, homes and shopping within close proximity to the I-215 Beltway.

The total cost of the project has been estimated at $35 million. Howard F. Thompson & Associates were the architects and designers of the building, and Whiting-Turner Contracting is serving as the general contractor.

The Pavilion will feature a variety of upscale features and amenities for tenants, along with covered parking.

Owned by Frank Gatski, CPM, CCIM, the Las Vegas-based Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services is one of the leading commercial real estate firms in Nevada, servicing 4 million square feet. Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services offers brokerage services, commercial property management services, in-house building maintenance, landscaping services, emergency response and mold remediation.
